We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience with Tescity Labs. Every product we print is made with care and precision. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.
Standard Product Orders
If you ordered one of our ready-made products:

You may cancel the order before it is shipped.

To cancel, simply go to My Account → Orders → Cancel Request.

Once we confirm the cancellation, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you can still contact us and we’ll guide you.
Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Custom prints are made especially for you based on the design or file you provide so:

Once we start printing, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

However, if there is any printing defect or damage during delivery, we will absolutely fix it, either by reprinting or refunding based on the situation.
We kindly request that customers avoid placing custom orders just to try or “for fun.”
Repeated cancellations or misuse may lead to account restrictions. (We only bring this up because sometimes it happens.)
Delivery Details

COD (Cash on Delivery) is only available for Pondicherry.

For all other locations in India, orders are shipped via courier partners and require online payment.

Delivery charges depend on location and package weight/size.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only if:

The item arrives damaged

The product is defective

The product you received is not what you ordered
To request a return:

Take a clear photo/video of the issue.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Our goal is always to help you, not to make the process difficult. If there’s a genuine issue, we’ll make it right.
Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are processed within:

5–7 working days for online payments

If there’s any delay, we’ll keep you updated, no worrying in silence.
